What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or makeup items.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Most Korean cosmetics use the YYYY/MM/DD format. Look for the characters '제조' (Manufactured Date) or '까지' (Expiration Date) on the bottom of the container or the crimp of the tube.
